SUP Yoga Flow

An introspective approach to experiencing your yoga poses from a different perspective.T Deepen your connection by using the air and water currents to contain you breath and movement.
no prior experience with yoga or SUP required, but you do have to know how to swim and enjoy the water.
each 2 hour segment includes all your equipment plus ~60 mins to paddle: begin with ~30 mins to acquaint yourself to Waconda Bay, then join in the group asana (poses). Finish with ~30 mins to do more yoga, meditate or simply rest on your board.
Guided Sunset and Moonlight paddles
Trip times vary according to the sunsets and the moonrise-stay informed via Facebook.
Weekly Sat sunset paddles - we stick near the dock til everyone knows paddling basics, then we head out about an hour prior to sunset; 1 hour out, 1 hour back.
Monthly full moon and moon light paddles- Catch the sunset, watch the moonrise. includes the LuminAID for your board.
If you are unsure of your paddling skill, we may ask you to wear a SUP leash.
If you are unsure of your swimming skill, we will ask you to wear your life jacket.
Sat Fitness Paddles
Private trips and lessons are for when you need more attention or even more quiet time.
Private Retreats and instruction

We provide the board, paddle, instruction and an instructor/guide; PFD upon request or bring your own for distance paddling.
